This means that they state the prices that we can advertise their products for. Most of the time this is less than the Retail price. The reason for this MAP pricing is to prevent pricing wars between retailers and maintain the value of their products. Some other "discount" retailers may not abide by this policy, but because we believe in maintaining the best relationship between us and our manufacturer, we do. Because we maintain a good relationship with our manufacturers, we are better able to serve you as the customer.  This way, if any problems do arise with your product we can quickly take care of them.  Other discount retailers who do not follow the MAP prices do not receive any support from the manufacturer.
